Sign In Board or Book?
Jan 24th, 2009, 8:59am

What seems to be more popular, a sign-in book or board?  Which one do people tend to sign more often?

Thanks!

Sign in Books are much more popular....especially since scrap booking has become such a hobby. The nice thing about the sign in book is that you can always keep it on your shelf. Place all kinds of mementos in the book such as your invitation, thank you note, cocktail napkin, photos etc... The problem with a sign in board is that it is usually large and after awhile you may not want it around.
If you do a sign in book, place a sign next to it with a message that reads: Please leave _________a message so guests will know that you want them to write in it.

It would depend on whether you want the party giver to be able to keep the sign in book/board. If it's for keeps, book, if not, board. Hope you've gotten some great advice so far Smiley

Question: can the GM create a list of characters that he/she created and have people sign up to be one of those characters on the list as opposed to having participants create their own characters?
